释义	依法配备公务用枪的人员，丢失枪支不及时报告，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉：（一）丢失的枪支被他人使用造成人员轻伤以上伤亡事故的；（二）丢失的枪支被他人利用进行违法犯罪活动的；（三）其他造成严重后果的情形。法律依据《最高人民检察院公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定（一）》第六条
