申请离职后多久可以走人
释义
辞职走人分三种情况，一是公司有比较严重的违法行为，劳动者可以立即通知公司离职走人；二是在试用期，劳动者提前三天通知单位，可以离职走人；三是试用期过后，劳动者需要提前三十天通知公司，然后离职走人。后面两种情况，如果劳动者没有提前通知单位，直接走人的话，是需要赔偿用人单位的损失。
法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
《劳动法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
