释义	劳动仲裁的提起：去当地人力资源和社会保障局（原劳动局）内的劳动争议仲裁委，申请劳动仲裁，立案时需携带仲裁申请书2份、申请人身份证复印件1份；相关证据复印件和证据清单2份；用人单位的工商登记信息。提交材料后，5个工作日仲裁委给予立案。法律依据《劳动法》第八十二条提出仲裁要求的一方应当自劳动争议发生之日起六十日内向劳动争议仲裁委员会提出书面申请。仲裁裁决一般应在收到仲裁申请的六十日内作出。对仲裁裁决无异议的，当事人必须履行。
