变更法人逃避债务后果是什么？

法律分析：
法定代表人变更不影响公司债务承担，仍然由原公司承担公司债务。如果是以个人名义借款，没有证据证明为公司借款的，需要个人承担，即便变更了也无法躲避债务。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百三十二条 合同生效后，当事人不得因姓名、名称的变更或者法定代表人、负责人、承办人的变动而不履行合同义务。
