释义	当事人认为法庭笔录有误的，有权申请补正。如果不予补正，应当将申请记录在案。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十七条书记员应当将法庭审理的全部活动记入笔录，由审判人员和书记员签名。法庭笔录应当当庭宣读，也可以告知当事人和其他诉讼参与人当庭或者在五日内阅读。当事人和其他诉讼参与人认为对自己的陈述记录有遗漏或者差错的，有权申请补正。如果不予补正，应当将申请记录在案。法庭笔录由当事人和其他诉讼参与人签名或者盖章。拒绝签名盖章的，记明情况附卷。该内容由陈亚楠律师和点行律询共创回答
