释义	法律分析：不是，抵押财产折价后价款超过债权数额的部分归抵押人所有，不足部分由债务人清偿，一般情况下只要不是当事人，特意在合同里面约定连带责任，抵押人不承担连带责任赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十六条要约可以撤销，但是有下列情形之一的除外： (一)要约人以确定承诺期限或者其他形式明示要约不可撤销(二)受要约人有理由认为要约是不可撤销的，并已经为履行合同做了合理准备工作。
