释义	法律分析：只要劳动关系存在，不可以取消工伤保险。工伤保险是社会保险之一，依法参加工伤保险是法律强制性规定，不以劳动者本人或者用人单位意志改变，只要劳动关系存在，必须依法参加工伤保险。劳动关系终止或者解除，用人单位自解除或者终止之日起停止缴费，工伤保险关系终止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第三十三条职工应当参加工伤保险，由用人单位缴纳工伤保险费，职工不缴纳工伤保险费。第三十五条用人单位应当按照本单位职工工资总额，根据社会保险经办机构确定的费率缴纳工伤保险费。
