释义	法律分析：间接故意犯罪目的可能与犯罪结果不一致，所以无犯罪目的。间接故意是明知危害结果的发生但是放任危害结果的发生。存在过于自信的过失及疏忽大意的过失。行为人的行为既然已经知道危险结果的发生，则已存在犯罪目的，不管是否放任，只要结果一经发生，就存在犯罪目的，犯罪目的可能与犯罪结果不一致，但无碍犯罪目的的存在性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条【故意犯罪】明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
