释义	法律分析：视情况而定。员工解除合同的需要提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位，在试用期内的需要提前3日通知用人单位。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条如果双方签订了劳动合同员工提前解除，需提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，否则就是违法解除劳动合同。造成单位损失的，应该依法承担赔偿责任。但是如果单位没有与员工签订劳动合同，员工不但可以随时解除，而且不需要对单位承担违约或者赔偿责任。
