释义	夫妻共同债务离婚需要承担。离婚时，原为夫妻共同生活所负的债务，应当共同清偿。所谓夫妻共同生活所负的债务，是指在婚姻关系存续期间，夫妻双方为共同生活、履行抚养、赡养义务、为生产经营等的需要而负的债务。《民法典》第一千零八十九条，离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿;协议不成的，由人民法院判决。法律依据《民法典》第一千零八十九条
