委托人和受托人哪个是自己
释义
若自己是委托他人替自己的工作的，那么受托人就是别人。
若自己是接受委托并处理事务的，那么受托人就是自己。
委托书一旦正式订立，委托人不能以任何借口对委托事项后悔，但是受托人如果存在违反国家法律的权益的任何行为，委托人有权终止委托协议。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百一十九条 委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
