释义	法律分析：我国的民法典规定，一般情况下，即使没有结婚证，手写的离婚协议书通常都是具有法律效力的。离婚协议一般是以双方自愿的基础达成的协议。离婚协议属于附条件的协议，当夫妻双方办完离婚手续，离婚协议书就会开始产生法律效力。所以离婚协议书的法律效力和结婚证是没有直接的关系的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
