释义	有条件的双务合同是指双方当事人互相承担义务和享有权利，并且附有一定条件才产生法律效力的合同。双务合同中，双方当事人承担的义务与其享有的权利相互关联，互为因果。【法律依据】《民法典》第一百五十八条，民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
