释义	数罪并罚不是我国的《刑法》原则。我国法律规定数罪并罚主要是为了解决一个行为人犯了两个以上的罪名如何处理的问题。实质上是一种确定刑罚的方法。数罪并罚是指对犯两个以上罪行的犯人，就所犯各罪分别定罪量刑后，按一定原则判决宣告执行的刑罚。数罪，指一人犯几个罪。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第六十九条
