释义
律师分析：
合同的变更与解除，即对已经成立的合同内容的部分修改、补充或全部取消。合同一方因故需要修改、补充合同某些条款或解除合同关系时，必须征得对方同意。亦即以双方达成的新协议，变更或解除原来的旧协议。变更、解除合同的新协议，仍按原合同的形式办理。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百四十三条 当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
