释义	法律分析：单务合同违约并不需要像双务合同那样承担违约风险，不履行合同或者违反合同义务的结果也不同，履行义务的一方如果违反合同是不能要求对方返还财产的，也无权要求对方履行。在单务合同中，因主要由一方承担义务，如果他已履行了部分义务同时也违反了合同义务，则无权要求对方对待履行或返还财产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
