释义	法律分析: 法定代表人通常代表了一种权利而不是义务，因为法定代表人与董事长、总经理都不一样，后者都需要承担责任义务，前者则很少。所以，劳动者担任法定代表人是无法提出辞职的，不同于总经理等管理人员的辞职，劳动者只能要求股东或董事会加以变更。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十八条有下列原因之一并依法完成清算、注销登记的，法人终止:(一)法人解散;(二)法人被宣告破产;(三)法律规定的其他原因。法人终止，法律、行政法规规定须经有关机关批准的，依照其规定。
