释义	行政强制执行无需进行听证。行政机关在作出行政决定后，当事人在行政决定确定的期限内不履行义务，具有行政强制执行权的行政机关有权强制执行，不具有强制执行权的行政机关应当申请法院强制执行。其中具有行政强制权的行政机关在强制执行之前，应当事先对当事人进行催告，催告其履行义务。在收到催告书后，当事人有权进行陈述和申辩。不具有行政强制权的行政机关申请法院强制执行时，法院可以听取被执行人和行政机关的意见。均无需进行听证。法律依据《中华人民共和国行政强制法》第三十四条、第三十五条、第五十八条
