1、不能以公休假日接续法定节假日能保证团聚，来阻抗职工“不能在公休假日团聚”的主张。不能以年休假期能保证团聚，来非议因不能在公休假日团聚而申请探亲假的合理性。单位不能以略微延长公休假日期间方式实现某次团聚达到一夜和半个白天，来主张有关职工在公休假日团聚
2、《国务院关于职工探亲待遇的规定》 第三条 职工探亲假期：(一)职工探望配偶的，每年给予一方探亲假一次，假期为30天。
