释义	法律分析: 同工同酬是指用人单位对于技术和劳动熟练程度相同的劳动者在从事同种工作时,不分性别、年龄、民族、区域等差别,只要提供相同的劳动量,就获得相同的劳动报酬。临时工，顾名思义就是临时工作的意思，它是一个劳动者的一个身份，同工同酬是指劳动者的工资福利，因此他们两个是完全不同的两个意思。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
