释义	法律分析：赌博属于违法犯罪行为,赌债是不受法律保护的,即使不还钱,法律也不会予以保护,法院也不予受理。根据我国法律规定，违法的债务不受法律保护。赌博，为我国法律所明令禁止，赌债属于非法债务，不受法律保护。如果出借人明知举债人所借债务用于个人赌博的，其债权也同样不受法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十条以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上三千元以下罚款。
