劳保用品发放标准 -法律知识

法律分析：
合理发放和使用员工劳动保护用品是保障员工在生产劳动(工作)中安全与健康的重要措施，劳保用品发放本着安全、经济、实用、合理的原则发放。发放职工个人劳动防护用品是保护劳动者安全、健康的一项预防性辅助措施，不是生活福利待遇。发给工人的劳动防护用品，必须按照劳动条件发放。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十四条 用人单位必须为劳动者提供符合国家规定的劳动安全卫生条件和必要的劳动防护用品，对从事有职业危害作业的劳动者应当定期进行健康检查。
