释义	劳动者主动离职正常情况下是不需要给公司钱的。但是如果劳动者是违法解除劳动合同，且给用人单位造成了损失，那么则是需要承担经济赔偿责任的，一般是从劳动者的工资中扣除相关费用。《劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
