释义	法律分析：次承租人应享有租赁房屋的优先购买权，并且还要优先于承租人的优先购买权;在自行转租的情形下，出租人解除租赁合同的，次承租人的优先购买权便无从谈起，出租人不解除合同的，次承租人不得享有优先购买权。所以，出卖人于适法的期限内为通知义务时，通知次承租人即可，不必同时又通知承租人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百一十六条承租人经出租人同意，可以将租赁物转租给第三人。承租人转租的，承租人与出租人之间的租赁合同继续有效；第三人造成租赁物损失的，承租人应当赔偿损失。
