释义	律师解答：避税合同属于部分无效合同。当事人为了避税签订两个价款不一样的合同，为了避税而约定的条款，不具有法律效力；其他合同的条款诸如违约责任、争议解决等条款并不存在无效的情形，是有效的。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。第一百五十四条行为人与相对人恶意串通，损害他人合法权益的民事法律行为无效。
