法律分析：罪犯劳动时间每周为6天，每天劳动8小时，平均每周劳动时间不超过48小时，未成年犯的劳动时间减半；监狱除保证罪犯每周休息一天外，在元旦、春节、国际劳动节和国庆节时按照相关的法律规定安排休假；监狱生产单位要延长罪犯劳动时间，必须提前拟订加班计划，经监狱狱政、劳动管理部门审核，得到监狱长批准方可实施，事后安排罪犯补休，不能安排补休的，根据延长罪犯劳动时间的长短，支付一定数量的加班费。
一、社保局可以咨询产假吗
可以。根据相关法律规定，女职工在孕期不能适应原劳动的，用人单位应根据医疗机构的证明，予以减轻劳动量或者安排其他能够适应的劳动。对怀孕7个月以上的女职工，用人单位不得延长劳动时间或者安排夜班劳动，并应当在劳动时间内安排一定的休息时间。怀孕女职工在劳动时间内进行产前检查，所需时间计入劳动时间。
二、劳动法规定的每月劳动时间是多久
劳动法未规定每月劳动时间，但劳动者每日工作时间不超过8小时、平均每周工作时间不超过44小时，用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息1日。用人单位由于生产经营需要，经与工会和劳动者协商后可以延长工作时间，一般每日不得超过1小时。
法律依据：《关于罪犯劳动工时的规定》第三条罪犯每周劳动（包括集中学习时间）6天，每天劳动8小时，平均每周劳动时间不超过48小时。未成年犯每天劳动4小时，平均每周劳动时间不超过24小时。生产任务不饱满的监狱，可以报经省、自治区、直辖市监狱管理局批准，实行每周劳动5天，集中学习1天的制度。
