释义	法律分析：没有，在司法实践中，只要是员工以个人原因提出辞职的，比如“家里有事、个人发展、出去创业”等等，如果公司能够举证证明员工该辞职理由（通常在辞职信、离职交接表、或离职协议书中可找到辞职理由），裁判机关一般都不会支持经济补偿金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十八条情形为由提出解除劳动合同的，应当在解除劳动合同时明确告知用人单位解除事由。劳动者在解除劳动合同时未明确告知用人单位解除事由，后又主张系被迫解除劳动合同，要求经济补偿的，不予支持。
