释义	法律分析: 按照《民法典》的规定，是允许以物抵债的，只要当事人之间协商一致即可。但是如果是当事人将财产设立了抵押权，当债务人不能按时偿还债务的时候，不能以抵押财产抵债，法律规定抵押权人在债务履行期限届满前，与抵押人约定债务人不履行到期债务时抵押财产归债权人所有的，只能依法就抵押财产优先受偿。《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零一条抵押权人在债务履行期限届满前，与抵押人约定债务人不履行到期债务时抵押财产归债权人所有的，只能依法就抵押财产优先受偿。
