释义	法律分析：根据我国《公司法》第72条最后一款的规定可以看出，公司法对于股东之间自由转让股权的问题并无强制性规定，允许股东在章程中作出限制性的规定。公司章程是公司内部的自治规则，是股东共同意志的体现，只要不违反《公司法》及其他法律法规的强制性规定，就应当肯定其效力。因此，如果公司章程对股东间股权转让有限制性规定，应遵从其规定。但章程作出的限制也不能违背《公司法》关于股东间自由转让股权的基本原则，如限制过多过大，高于向股东之外的第三人转让股权的条件，是不允许的。
