释义	法律分析: 离婚协议书能撤销。申请离婚的一方骗取离婚登记的，民政局应当注销离婚登记，向被离婚方宣告解除婚姻无效，收回离婚证。申请离婚的一方办理离婚登记时处于无民事行为状态，或者民政局办理离婚登记时违反法定程序的，同样可以申请注销离婚登记。《婚姻登记条例》第十三条婚姻登记机关应当对离婚登记当事人出具的证件、证明材料进行审查并询问相关情况。对当事人确属自愿离婚，并已对子女抚养、财产、债务等问题达成一致处理意见的，应当当场予以登记，发给离婚证。
