释义	法律分析：合同只要是依法成立的，就是有效的。法律上并没有规定一定要配合盖章合同才能生效，法定代表人是代表企业行使权利订立合同的人，如果法定代表人在合同上签字，但是没有加盖企业公章，一般情况下，合同是有效的，但是如果双方已经在合同中明确约定，必须在签字并盖章后才能生效，那么合同上只有企业的法定代表人签字，合同是不生效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十三条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，最后签名、盖章或者按指印的地点为合同成立的地点，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
