释义	立遗嘱是否要公证由立遗嘱人决定，不是一定要公证的。公证遗嘱是遗嘱的方式之一，此外还包括自书遗嘱、代书遗嘱、录音遗嘱、打印遗嘱、口头遗嘱等几种形式，但是如果有条件，最好还是去做公证，因为经过公证的遗嘱效力最高，一旦将来产生纠纷，法院可以直接认定公证遗嘱的效力，可以避免很多麻烦。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十四条、第一千一百三十五条、第一千一百三十六条、第一千一百三十七条、第一千一百三十八条、第一千一百三十九条《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十六条
