释义	公证遗嘱不可以发生代位继承，代位继承只是法定继承中的特殊情况，不适用于遗嘱继承。代位继承是指被继承人的子女或者兄弟姐妹先于被继承人死亡的，由被继承人的子女的直系晚辈血亲或者兄弟姐妹的子女代位继承。而遗嘱继承人先于被继承人死亡的，遗嘱不发生效力，需按照法定继承处理。因此代位继承发生于继承人先于被继承人死亡的情形，遗嘱继承发生于继承人是后于被继承人死亡的。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百二十八条
