释义	海上救助，又称“海难救助”，是指对遭遇海难又无力自救的船舶、货物、船上人员、旅客以及其他财产进行援救的行为。根据《海商法》第171至173条的规定，救助水域仅限于海上或者与海相通的可航水域，救助对象为船舶、自然人、货物及其他财产，不包括海上已经就位的从事海底矿物资源的勘探、开发或者生产的固定式、浮动式平台和移动式近海钻井装置。
