释义	法律分析：不平等条约,无效仓储合同。对缔约代表和缔约国的强迫以及违反一般国际法强制性规范是使条约绝对无效的原因,即使得整个条约都为无效,任何国家均可援引以主张条约无效,受害国嗣后同意也不能使其成为有效,其他原因则引起条约相对无效,只有受害国有权援引,经受害国嗣后同意也可成为有效条约。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零二条依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
