释义	法律分析：汽车的副驾驶为位在设计之初就是按照成年人的标准进行的，所以未成年人或者身材太过较小的人并不适宜坐副驾驶。一般来说年龄小于14岁或者身高在1.2米以下的人都不能坐副驾驶，不过法律上并没有明文规定，所以被交警查到最多就是警告处罚。法律依据：《道路交通安全法》第九十条　机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
