释义	法律分析: 工厂离职后，用人单位应当在劳动者离职当天一次性付清其工资。如果用人单位没有按时发放劳动者工资的，劳动者可以向单位提出解除劳动合同，并要求单位支付经济补偿金。《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
