释义	法律分析:法院会用打电话的方式通知被告人，但是同时会将与诉讼相关的文书送达给被告人。法律依据:《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百六十一条适用简易程序审理案件，人民法院可以采取捎口信、电话、短信、传真、电子邮件等简便方式传唤双方当事人、通知证人和送达裁判文书以外的诉讼文书。以简便方式送达的开庭通知，未经当事人确认或者没有其他证据证明当事人已经收到的，人民法院不得缺席判决。适用简易程序审理案件，由审判员独任审判，书记员担任记录。
