释义	法律分析：户籍被注销以后，学籍还是有效的，但是要根据户籍被注销的实际情况和原因，准备好相关证明材料以后，重新申请申报注册登记户口，之后再向学籍所在地的学校提出申请更改学籍信息。法律依据：教育部关于印发《中小学生学籍管理办法》的通知第十条如学生父母或其他监护人提出修改学生基础信息的，凭《居民户口簿》或其他证明文件向学校提出申请，并附《居民户口簿》复印件或其他证明复印件，由学校核准变更学籍信息，并报学籍主管部门核准。
