法律分析：
劳动者按照法律的规定解除劳动合同的，并且没有经过专项培训，没有约定服务期的，是不需要承担责任的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
三十八条 劳动者书面提出解除劳动关系后可以立即走人不需要用人单位的批准，并可以要求支付剩余的工资及经济补偿金（每工作1年支付1个月工资）及办理离职手续等；
第三十七条 劳动者提前30天提出的书面离职，不需要用人单位批准就可以离职。其中，试用期提前3天书面提出；用人单位有义务结清工资办理离职手续。
