释义	交通肇事逃逸，一般要承担事故全部责任。如有证据证明其他当事人也有过错，可以适当减轻责任，但如果有证据证明逃逸当事人有故意破坏、伪造现场、毁灭证据行为的，不予减轻。法律依据《道路交通事故处理程序规定》第六十一条，当事人有下列情形之一的，承担全部责任：（一）发生道路交通事故后逃逸的；（二）故意破坏、伪造现场、毁灭证据的。为逃避法律责任追究，当事人弃车逃逸以及潜逃藏匿的，如有证据证明其他当事人也有过错，可以适当减轻责任，但同时有证据证明逃逸当事人有第一款第二项情形的，不予减轻。
