释义	法律分析: 工作满一年既包括本单位工作年限，也包括以前所有单位的工作年限，只要有证据可以证明这些工作年限。如果在进现单位之前已经工作满一年，那么进入现单位就可以直接享受带薪年休假，只不过要按照入职日期折算应休天数。法律依据: 《企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》第一条为了实施职工带薪年休假条例，制定本实施办法。第二条中华人民共和国境内的企业、民办非企业单位、有雇工的个体工商户等单位和与其建立劳动关系的职工，适用本办法。第三条职工连续工作满12个月以上的，享受带薪年休假。
