释义	法律分析：委托人不按照约定支付报酬时，行纪人对其占有的委托物可以行使留置权。留置期届满后，以留置物折价或者从变卖留置物所得价款中优先受偿。委托人向行纪人支付报酬超过了合同约定的履行期限的，应当承担逾期不支付报酬的责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百五十九条行纪人完成或者部分完成委托事务的，委托人应当向其支付相应的报酬。委托人逾期不支付报酬的，行纪人对委托物享有留置权，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
