公司在员工怀孕期间降职降薪该如何办？
释义
女职工怀孕期间可以获得相应的保护，要是原本的工作岗位不够轻神数松，那么现在公司就有义务调整其到适宜的岗位上，但对应的岗位有其对应的槐弯工资标准，可是公司不能对怀孕女职工调整工资条件。
法律依据:
《女职工劳动保护特铅瞎闷别规定》 第五条 用人单位不得因女职工怀孕、生育、哺乳降低其工资、予以辞退、与其解除劳动或者聘用合同。
