驰名商标保护的办法:
1、认定保护，即遵循个案认定、被动保护的特殊保护原则；
2、侵权保护，即对复制、摹仿或者翻译他人未在中国注册的驰名商标的申请，禁止使用并不予注册；
3、驰名商标保护的其他办法。
法律依据:《《驰名商标认定和保护规定》》第十九条
各级工商行政管理部门应当建立健全驰名商标认定工作监督检查制度。
