释义	法律分析：违反治安管理的行为有追诉期。凡扰乱社会秩序，妨害公共安全，侵犯公民人身权利，侵犯公民财产，依照规定尚不够刑事处罚的按照治安管理处罚条例应当受到处罚的行为，就是违反治安管理的行为。违反治安管理行为在六个月内没有被公安机关发现的，不再处罚。法律依据：根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十二条规定，违反治安管理行为在六个月内没有被公安机关发现的，不再处罚。前款规定的期限，从违反治安管理行为发生之日起计算；违反治安管理行为有连续或者继续状态的，从行为终了之日起计算。
