释义	法律分析：进行伤残认证需要当事人携带完整的病历和医生的诊断证明到司法鉴定中心，由鉴定所的工作人在参阅完整病历后核定伤残级别。伤残评定应以人体伤后治疗效果为依据，认真分析残疾与事故、损伤之间的关系，实事求是地评定。法律依据：《工伤职工劳动能力鉴定管理办法》第七条职工发生工伤，经治疗伤情相对稳定后存在残疾、影响劳动能力的，或者停工留薪期满（含劳动能力鉴定委员会确认的延长期限），工伤职工或者其用人单位应当及时向设区的市级劳动能力鉴定委员会提出劳动能力鉴定申请。
