释义	法律分析：不扣的。辞职是指职工根据劳动法规或劳动合同的规定，提出辞去工作从而解除劳动关系。辞职一般有两种情形，一是依法立即解除劳动关系。如用人单位对职工有暴力或威胁行为强迫其劳动、不按合同约定支付工资等，职工可以随时向用人单位提出解除劳动合同的要求；二是根据职工自己的选择，提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位解除劳动合同关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
