销售劣药罪的刑事责任如下：
1、犯销售劣药罪的，一般追究其三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金的刑事责任；
2、造成了特别严重后果的，则追究其十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产的刑事责任。
法律依据：
《刑法》第一百四十二条
生产、销售劣药，对人体健康造成严重危害的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；后果特别严重的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。
药品使用单位的人员明知是劣药而提供给他人使用的，依照前款的规定处罚。
