问题	什么是银行承兑汇票担保
释义	承兑汇票担保是债务人以外的第三人对汇票承兑所发生的债务予以保证的行为。其目的在于通过第三人保证汇票承兑，使被保证人经营资金部分免于占压，提高资金利用率。法律依据《中华人民共和国担保法》第二条适用范围及担保方式在借贷、买卖、货物运输、加工承揽等经济活动中，债权人需要以担保方式保障其债权实现的，可以依照本法规定设定担保。本法规定的担保方式为保证、抵押、质押、留置和定金。
